The Petal Skort features a fully attached bloomer under-layer to give Little Ladies the ultimate in comfort and coverage. This style also includes a soft and wide elasticated waistband with a child-safe fixed bow in contrast grosgrain cotton ribbon. As per safety guidelines, this bow is non-functional and securely fixed.
